Nail Patella syndrome

Nail Patella Syndrome (NPS) involves changes in the nails, knees, and elbows, and the presence of iliac horns (in the pelvis). Other body systems including the kidneys and eyes may be affected. NPS is inherited in an autosomal dominant pattern.
